One of Australia’s most exciting and promising new pop-punk bands – Shorelines – is continuing to pave their way to the forefront of the Brisbane music scene with the upcoming release of their newest single "Lies".

With influences including All Time Low, State Champs, Neck Deep and The Story So Far, Shorelines recently launched their debut EP “New Heights”, with a great reception.

In just a few months the band has already achieved:

Rocksound Magazine's "Breakout Artist" of November 2017

Alternative Press Magazine Feature

#16 in the iTunes Global Rock charts

Airtime on Triple J’s ‘Short Fast Loud’

3 official Spotify playlists, Helping hit 400,000+ streams

13,000+ Twitter Followers

and have created a loyal and growing international fan-base.

“Lies” – a story of betrayal, full of tense feelings & emotions – is their heaviest song yet. It explains an experience of a broken friendship that ended with dishonesty. A message that everyone in their youth is able to connect to.

Since the EP, Shorelines’ momentum has been building, and they aren’t looking to stop it anytime soon. After just scoring the support for Real Friends (USA) Brisbane show, Shorelines are currently gearing up to join Forever Ends Here on their national tour early next year.

The release of “Lies” defines the next phase and sound of the band. Be sure to catch them in January:

Jan 05 – Adelaide – Nexus Art Centre (AA)

Jan 07 – Melbourne – The Evelyn Hotel (AA)

Jan 13 – Brisbane – The Old Museum (AA)

Jan 19 – Sydney – The Factory Theatre (AA)
