March 23, 2016

HOUSEFOX FEST

15 bands gather for an all day festival on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Saturday, April 16, 2016 @ Narrabeen RSL

Time to get the crew together and step up for some bad ass riffs

Sydney's, Northern Beaches based premier recording & rehearsal studio, Housefox Studios is proud to present the first of what's to become an annual music event:

Housefox Fest 2016,

Held on Saturday, April 16 at Narrabeen RSL.

Let’s blast it out one last time before winter fully kicks in.

The Festival will be made up of the Northern Beaches most killer bands stretching from Indie, Rock, Grunge, Blues, Funk, Punk & Metal.

With the day kicking off from 12.00pm and running through till late in the evening, this minifest has one hell of a line up!

HEADLINER

Housefox Fest 2016 has Australian punk rock legends, the Hard-Ons coming in to tear it up as the headline act for the evening!

The Hard-Ons originally formed in 1981 and are a hella stella slice of Australian rock history that still throw it out as hard as ever, and show no signs of stopping anytime soon!

The local mad ball bands playing this here shin dig....

Adding to the insanity is a hole line of bands that throw down pretty damn hard!

Local punk pock legends R*U*S*T will be on form, having played multiple European tour's and festivals, and also along side some of punk rocks royalty such as Dead Kennedy's, GHB, The Exploited and more,

Rust are one of Sydney's main contender's in the punk rock scene.

Sludge, stoner, grind, metal heads Black Rheno will be turning up to turn it out with riffs, grooves and blast, these guys smash one mental live show.

Death metal monster's Gutter Tactic are all in and also releasing their new album “Blood Desire” in April, these guys have been destroying it across Australia for a while now and a a force to be reckoned with.

Be sure to grab a copy of their new album too!

Well known trash punk metal menaces C.O.F.F.I.N will be kicking in the door and undoubtably bringing their outrageous on stage antics as they always kill it live.

Keystone will be slamming a wall of stoner fuzz to the D floor.

Rock band Red Gazelle bring big riffs, big hooks, an electric live show.

The Hollerin Sluggers are a power house trio that perform high energy gritty rock blues.

Uncanny Decoy will show up with a slab of grunge punk for your ear holes.

Aureus, a slice of grunge reminiscent of that 90's vibe kicked out in awesome fashion.

The Shadez, one super smooth crew who slash a fusion of rock, funk and hip hop which will get the day started right!

The Desert Sea, Dirty rock and blues riffs, hard as nails drumming, thumping bass lines all mixed up with soulful melodic vocals.

The Iron Horses, rock n roll indie vibes inspired by boozy sessions of cheap bourbon and nothing but time to kill.

Caravano, Alternate rock n roll, with a bit of jazz and blues chucked in for good measure.

Zach Odgers & The East Coast Low - Raucous folk rock that promises to be equal parts destructive and harmonious.

Housefox Fest is all about bringing the raddest bands from the Northern Beaches together for one blown out party before winter hits, so get ya butts a ticket and get down for the good vibes!
